Josephine Resort

I teamed up with an aspiring fashion designer to do a shoot of some of her pieces a couple weekends ago.  I’m always amazed by people that can design clothes from scratch.  I don’t even know how to sew on a button…

We got a great team together for this shoot and it always makes life easier when there are multiple hands and eyes helping to make sure we get the right shot.  It was really cold that morning and much credit is given to the model to be able to compose herself and strike a pose even when every part of her wants to shiver.

Posing on the Island

I’ve been wanting to do an edgier style shoot for quite some time too round out my portfolio.  I found an abandoned warehouse that had the perfect setting for what I wanted.  Sadmira was a great model and braved the cold to come up with some great pictures.  We shot both indoors and outdoors and got some great captures.

Bridal Fashion Show

I attended the Modern Luxury Weddings Bridal Event at the Ritz Carlton this past weekend and took advantage of a fashion show going on that day.  They had some well known brands such as Vera Wang and Monique Lhuillier.

I was in San Francisco this past weekend and played tourist by visiting the Legion of Honor, attending afternoon tea at Ghirardelli Square, and checking out the posh organic restaurants at the Ferry Building.  It’s been awhile since I’ve done a photo walk and it was nice to just stroll around with my camera without directing anyone.
